Having not sold a property in over 35 years we approached this exercise with much trepidation. After interviewing several agents Sam’s calmness, sincerity, knowledge of the market and genuine appreciation of our property shone through from our first meeting. Ours was a property with its challenges. There was no on-street parking and our driveway was steep and difficult to negotiate in large numbers. Sam overcame these obstacles by formulating a personalized one on one marketing strategy with prospective buyers and this really put him in his element.
