Some of the attributes of Jess(but not limited to) which makes her real estate agent to work with Calm: She wont rush you through the process(which lot of real estate are) and ensures you feel comfortable in the process. In our case, she did try to negotiate with tenant in a positive way(not part of her role in deal), which was helpful.
