Jane was a great agent to work with, she was friendly and professional and went out of her way to help us secure our forever house. She goes the extra mile with her clients and ensures she provides those extra touches i.e. Christmas card and house warming gift just to make it more personable and special. She is also very prompt and follows up on issues when asked for help even though the issue may not be of her specific concern she will still provide assistance anyway.

Jane is a consummate professional. She tirelessly and patiently responded to all my queries during due diligence promptly. For those questions that she did not have an immediate answer for, she quickly contacted the owner to get the necessary responses. She also managed to convince the owner, after the purchase to provide all the original documents, which the owner has previously agreed to provide. To top it off, she presented us with a beautiful bouquet when she handed over the keys, as well as Bunnings gift card and voucher at a local restaurant. I would highly recommend Jane.

Nick walked us through the process of making an offer through to a negotiation and a final offer being accepted. He also helped fill in all the forms, and took the time to deliver and pick up various bits of paperwork required for the offer and subsequent purchase. I would recommend Nick to anyone who wishes to sell his/her property fast. Nick provides excellent service and would go extra miles to ensure sale. I am impressed with his eagerness to help and to extend extra help when required . I had the property listed with another agent for 3 mths without result. After asking Jane to do an appraisal for us, we knew we wanted her to sell the house for us. She is a highly skilled negotiator. She bought us 4 contracts through the sales period, each with their own issues. She happily negotiated her way through them all to bring us a great price as an end result. Nothing was too much trouble for Jane. We asked for her advice a number of times and she gave us direct honest feedback. She is truly an amazing agent who was there for us every step of the way.
