Jane goes above and beyond!
I couldn't recommend Jane more highly! I found her to be extremely down to Earth, open and honest to deal with. She was also very clued on about the market conditions changing and realistic property values. Her communication was excellent and I never found that I needed to chase her for an update on buyer/s and contract details. With challenges around an International buyer Jane kept me positive and moved things forward as quickly as possible. I only have positive things to say about Jane and her skills & passion as an Agency. I would absolutely engage her in the future.

Excellent Real Estate Agent
Jane Elvin went above and beyond expectations for our sale in the Yeronga/Yeerongpilly area. Even when we were not selling, she kept us abreast of local market conditions and did not pressure us at all to make a decision until we were ready. Her recommendations on sale strategy were perfect and we achieved the sale at target price, three days after going on the market. Would totally recommend her for both buying, renting and selling.

Above and Beyond Excellent

Had all the answers!
On my first inspection of the property Nick had all the information for the property on hand and provided additional information I sought shortly afterwards. He also provided information about the neighborhood and other units in the complex, all of which saved me the legwork and hassle of locating, not to mention this was the first time I had seen an agent do this in my 8 months of looking. He was very professional, friendly and easy to talk to.

Nick was excellent from the very first moment we met him at the property we were interested in. He was forthright, professional and accommodating, so much so we put an offer in immediately and it was accepted. Nick went the extra mile and was extremely helpful in all of the details that make a property move either a pleasure or abysmal, like introducing us to the neighbours, giving us background on the neighbourhood etc. Dealing with Nick was a pleasure and its nice to meet a trustworthy person who actually does what they say they will, instead of the stereotypical agent with the fixed smile telling you what they think you want to hear. We have no hesitation in giving Nick Bowen the highest possible recommendation as agent and would be delighted to sell or purchase property through him again.

Sale of unit in Fairfield
Nick from LJ Hooker Annerley/Yeronga achieved a great outcome for us in the sale of a unit, where other agents had failed. We initially went with another local agent when looking to sell our two bedroom unit in Fairfield, but in a tough market, we hadn't seen any offers by the time we hit the 90 day mark. More than a little jaded and fatigued after three months of attempting to sell, we were at first a bit reluctant to double down and go again. Nick had maintained contact with us throughout and whilst respectful of our reluctance, assured us he could make the sale without the full blown marketing and open house campaign that we didn't want to engage in again. We were surprised to have a couple of offers within a month of Nick taking up the challenge and ecstatic to see Nick successfully negotiate a sale with one of those interested buyers at a price we were very happy with. Nick was a great communicator throughout our dealings with him. He actively listened, understood our needs, and worked with us rather than push us towards something we weren't comfortable with. Would highly recommend Nick both for his ability to get the job done, as well as his ability to make the somewhat stressful process of selling infinitely easier and less painful!

The process of buying my first property was made so much easier due to the help of Nick Bowen. Nick was very friendly, a great communicator and genuinely trustworthy. Due to being a first home buyer my knowledge of the process was at times limited but Nick supported me through the process and always did everything he could to put my mind at ease. He was in constant contact with me, checking in to see how I was going and to help answer any question I had. Nick always presented himself in a professional manner but at the same time was very friendly and personable. I would certainly turn to Nick for any future business in real estate.

Great Job Jane!
I simply cannot speak highly enough of Jane. Jane was engaged to sell our Mum's house as she had moved into a nursing home. Jane made what can be a stressful experience, very easy. Her knowledge and expertise was evident. What impressed us most though was her negotiation skills as there were several parties interested in the property. Jane's skills ensured Mum received the best price possible for her home. A great job by Jane and her team all round! I would recommend Jane without hesitation to anyone looking to sell their property.
