From the time of appraisal right to the time of settlement Kirrily was always informative and kept us in touch with what was happening. At appraisal Kirrily was factual with what she believed the property could bring. She offered examples of similar properties in the area and what they had sold for or were on the market for. Within 24hours of listing the home she was back with a very generous offer, well over what we thought we could achieve. The home was bought by an Eastern state buyer and Kirrily along with our conveyancer kept us up to date with procedures and explained what was happening when there were delays. We are in country WA so after the initial property viewing, everything was handled remotely. Stella was very responsive! She was always available on the phone, was able to arrange a final inspection outside of normal hours, and when settlement was delayed on the actual day, organised for us to take possession within 30 mins -- very handy as we were literally in the car about to make the 400km trip up to Perth!

My brother met John looking at a property to buy and recommended him to me. Right from the beginning he was friendly, down to earth & approachable. What I really appreciated was that even though it would be more work for him, he didn’t pressure me to take the first offer. He knew the price I needed and worked hard showing people until he got it.
