I live approximately 400km from my investment property. I contacted several agents and Stella was the only one who replied the same day. On meeting Stella in person, she came across as being very professional, organised and well prepared. It was obvious she is very experienced and knowledgeable. Stella suggested several ideas that would help present the property better, arranged to have them done, resulting in a very quick sale and a better than expected price. Stella even organised a locksmith to replace missing keys for me. I was worried about the logistics involved in selling a property 400km from my home. I had nothing to worry about. Stella pretty well looked after everything for me and all I had to do was sign some paperwork online. A stellar performance, all round, and highly recommended
