We have recently sold two properties with Creagh as our agent. (He sold another one for us a few years ago too.) He is not an "over-promise and under-deliver" person. Right from the start, he gave us solid advice and he kept us fully informed every step of the way. He instills a sense of confidence and honesty with his approach. Even when there was some tenant-related damage to one of the properties, he organised for this to be fixed very quickly and at a very reasonable cost. For borth properties he achieved better-than-expected sales prices, and at no stage did we get the impression that he just wanted to sell at any price, just to get his commission and move on. We highly recommend him; and we are convinced that anybody using his services will be satisfied!

Propert Sale Review

Nick was upfront and honest with his professional opinions and knowledge in the industry and of the area/suburb of sale. From start to finish the whole sale and transition was smooth. Would highly recommend Nick for any future purchases/sales or questions in general

Dave was meticulous in keeping us up to date throughout

We have used Dave on a number of occasions - he has given professional advice on the projected sale of the property and is always in the ball park. This was an unusual sale - the first offer fell thru but the disappointment was short lived with another immediate offer which also fell thru. Again Dave had another offer ready to write up - all were within the price range we had agreed to and were efficiently handled with a speedy result. Easy to deal with

Every thing she told us she would do was done. Got us more then we were asking. Has sold a few houses now for people in my family not a bad word to say !

The contract of sale we had with Nick was by phone as we lived interstate, from our first contact with Nick was very polite and helpful as was the ongoing communication, the sale was completed without hassle and finalised on date agreed to . I would have no problem recommending Nick to any future buyers.

Very Pleased With The Outcome!
