Professional and Friendly
We loved working with the Baker team and we would highly recommend, anyone thinking of selling, to definitely choose them! They are super friendly and give great advice on getting your house sold. They also make the experience less stressful by planning ahead of time and having thought of everything before you even ask. They are quick and their love of their job shows through the way they work together with each other and also with you as the buyer and you can really tell they form bounds with the buyers too. Excellent Customer Service from beginning to end
Even before we signed up to sell our property, Creagh had been providing excellent local property market updates for many months through his mailouts. This is our second sale through Creagh and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a property. He is honest, reliable, courteous and just an all round nice guy. He constantly kept us up to date with how the sale was progressing and worked extremely hard to get the best possible price, which surpassed our expectation. His communication style is exemplary and he was available to answer questions at any time of day and nothing was too much trouble. Even after the sale went through, he acknowledged our custom through a gift to celebrate. It will not be the last time we engage his services.

Fantastic real estate agent that shows a genuine care for both buyers and sellers. An extremely approachable and informative real estate agent that presents herself as more of a friend rather than an agent. She is very diligent and dedicates time and beyond for her clients 24/7 no matter how serious or how stupid the query is. An extremely straight shooter who keeps it simple and tell you exactly what you need to know with out the BS!! Working alongside Suzi has not only been easy but its been pleasant and enjoyable.
