Amanda and the Harcourt team helped with my decision making eg lease or sell and advised how best to prepare for the sale. Knowing I would be absent overseas, Amanda and Avia guided me through what would have to be done, especially the paperwork that needed processing, what I would need to do, eg cancel utilities, insurance etc, and what they would do on my behalf, defraying rates and such. Amanda also ensured I could use docusign while I was travelling in the UK another able to just pop into the office to sign anything.
