I chose Stella to sell my mother's house as she had previously sold my mother's neighbours house. Stella has extensive knowledge of the Joondalup market and she advised me what needed to be done in order for a quick sale. Her estimation of the price was spot on and I even got a little more than expected. The services she engaged for cleaning and photography were very good. The whole experience was stress free and I would recommend Stella to any of my family or friends.

John was extremely efficient and professional with the sale of our apartment. The whole process from the start of negotiations to offer and acceptance was completed in around two weeks. He was also extremely helpful in assisting the new owners moving in. It wasn’t his job to do this but he did. It was quite daunting for the new owners. It was an elderly couple who were moving from a home in which they have lived for 30 years to an apartment. They were fortunate to have assistance from John.
