Very professional service

Stella is the best!
Stella was absolutely excellent from start to finish. We wanted to get our house on the market and sold quickly and Stella was able to provide all the advice and expertise to achieve this. Stella kept us informed every step of the way and was always happy and quick to respond to any questions we had. She also sold our home for more than our asking price. We cannot recommend Stella highly enough!

A true sellers representative
Stella was great through the whole process. Roughly a year before I went to market I called Stella in and she gave me a "to do" list of things to be improved to increase the selling price of my home. The listing of my home with Stella was quick and easy and from initial engagement to the photo session, home open and signed contract was about ten days in total! Go Stella! Once the sale agreement was signed Stella really showed her experience and professionalism and was a true sellers advocate, taking care of some of the building inspection issues for me and was able to offer some really great contacts to get some of the issues taken care of. Throughout the whole sales process I really felt like she was there to help and took away a lot of the sales stress from the whole process. If I ever sell again I will definitely use Stella and would highly recommend that you do too as she will look after you.
