A positive and enjoyable experience all round

We both bought and sold a property through George in the space of two weeks. Whether a buyer or a seller, we felt in safe and capable hands with George. He worked hard for the vendor on both occasions - keeping costs to a minimum. And he worked equally hard for the purchaser - keeping in regular contact with us and prospective buyers. We particularly liked the Openn progressive auction system that George uses. As a buyer we knew where we ranked amongst the bidders, without knowing what the other bids were. As a seller, we knew everything about how much each purchaser was offering and when and by how much they were increasing their bids. It could not have been more transparent. And quick! Each property went within a week and both were in a country town 100 kilometres from Perth (even though George is largely based in the city).
