Working with George was a breath of fresh air. From the first communication right through to the settlement, he never left a question unanswered and was always extremely professional. He thoroughly researched our suburb we were selling in and provided a very comprehensive comparison to previously sold properties and current properties on the market in our area. George gives honest answers with no fluff. Highly recommend George to anyone wanting to sell their property, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again😊

As both a buyer and a seller (of two properties in the space of a few weeks) I can say that there wasn't a moment in either transaction where I did not feel that George had our best interests at heart. I know he is a commission sales agent, but his modus operandi is win-win. I never felt we paid too much nor sold too cheaply.

We both bought and sold a property through George in the space of two weeks. Whether a buyer or a seller, we felt in safe and capable hands with George. He worked hard for the vendor on both occasions - keeping costs to a minimum. And he worked equally hard for the purchaser - keeping in regular contact with us and prospective buyers. We particularly liked the Openn progressive auction system that George uses. As a buyer we knew where we ranked amongst the bidders, without knowing what the other bids were. As a seller, we knew everything about how much each purchaser was offering and when and by how much they were increasing their bids. It could not have been more transparent. And quick! Each property went within a week and both were in a country town 100 kilometres from Perth (even though George is largely based in the city).
