And just like that, our property was sold!

It was finally time to let go of our investment property that was wonderfully managed through Harcourts, so naturally we decided to sell through Harcourts. We were thankfully assigned Stella to manage the sale. Not only personable and easy to deal with, Stella has a wealth of knowledge in the area and knew exactly what needed to be done to get the sale we wanted - without us spending nowhere near what we thought we had to get the house on the market... And just like that - offers were coming in before home open, and with 1 open, we managed to accept an offer well beyond what we were expecting.. we hardly had to lift a finger, except for sign the paper work. Absolutely seamless and easy process from start to end. Couldn't recommended Stella enough!! We've been on the buying end but this was our first sale and we are so blown away with how great our experience was.
