Uncaring and Bad communication

Didn’t check/respond to emails which then meant they didn’t send tenants entry notices in time for our building and pest inspection. Which meant conveyancers charged us to re-write dates in the contract, as well as having to reschedule our building and pest inspector. Told us what we wanted to hear but once we owned the property we found out additional information that we would have liked to have known beforehand.
