Shane consulted with and kept us informed throughout the course of the sale of our property.
Shane and his team are well organised and ably assisted us to prepare the property for sale with practical and cost-effective advice and project management services. For example, they helped us to identify refurbishments to best present the property for open house inspections. They then arranged for competitive quotations and managed the contractors to achieve timely and satisfactory completion of the refurbishments. The property was advertised in a short period and Shane proactively secured a buyer in only a few days at very favourable terms. We highly recommend Shane and his team and will not hesitate to enlist their services in the future.
