Here's an agent who presents well, but is pretty useless. He marketed my property at a poor price (I'd been interstate and was unaware of an accurate price at the time), put minimal effort in, invoiced additional charges that if he'd done his job correctly wouldn't have been needed. POOR SERVICE FOR THE MONEY. AVOID!!!

I had other agents come to my house and they just didn't feel right. They felt like they had to put their 2 cents in about the property and what they didn't like personally. Domenic came through and complemented our choices and told us everything straight up. The price we should expect, how much everything would cost (advertising, ect) he even helped us to arrange for a stylist to come through to jazz up the house.
