Michael is super easy to deal with, and has a great knowledge of the local area and its properties.

Michael was very easy to deal with. Great communicator, always providing updates about buyers inquiries, and feedback from inspections. Very honest, which is very reassuring for both buyers and sellers alike. Michael has very good knowledge of the local area, both residential and farming/rural properties (He is also a farmer himself). Always quick to respond, including researching answers to queries when required. Would highly recommend his services.

Practical advice, follow through and professionalism

As a first home buyer, I had no previous experience purchasing land. My purchase was complicated and involved numerous negotiations and changes to plans.
