Micheal is an exceptional agent

Micheal exceeded all my expectations of what an agent should be. He takes a lot of pride on being organised and on top of everything. An intelligent man, but down to earth and very personable. Has a lot of good will and integrity which is an essential ingredient for an agent. He is the first six star agent I have met.
