Our property purchase at Jacobs Well
We recently purchased a property as an investment at Jacobs Well. Trish and Nathan Pearman from Belize Property were absolutely amazing!! They worked with us on the financial and bargaining side of things with the seller, kept us up to date, helped us secure the property with an amazing deal that worked to our budget. Trish was so helpful with a few structural issues and helped to work out renovations and costs with the seller, which was very important to our purchase, ended up a sound and easy transaction between ourselves and the seller. Trish and Nathan also were very helpful with getting trades people etc to help with getting jobs done that we need on the property, above and beyond our expectations!! And having them there to manage our rental and investment is an added bonus - we couldn't be happier with their service, highly recommended them and hope to do future business with them as seller and rental agents! Big thank you to Belize Property!!

Can't thank them enough!
Trish & Nath have managed our home rental since 2017. We moved internationally and they treated our home as it was theirs. We had some terrible tenants and the effort and care they took to bring the home back to scratch was just amazing. We finally made the decision to sell our home and they made the transaction smooth despite timezone differences and my anxiety!! Can’t thank them enough.
