The beginning of panic, the end of happiness
At the beginning I was panic to contact the agent, because the English language is my second language, I was worried about that I couldn’t understand people well and I am not able to express what I really want to say . Trish is a very nice and kind lady who understood my problems and gave me a lot support to help me understand better. Buyers experience
Trish was friendly and easy to work with. We were purchasing a house through her, and appreciated her relaxed manner. There was no urgency/high pressure tactics we have experienced with other agents in the past. Nothing was a problem for her, she was approachable and available, which took the angst out of the whole process. We are not intending to sell for some time, but we would recommend Trish to others.

Fantastic Support/Service
Trish was first class in supporting us to purchase in Calypso Bay. We were first time buyers in Australia and she was really helpful and patient with us in explaining the different terminologies and conditions! All her recommendations were great (from pest inspectors to solicitors to consider) and she went out of her way to help us settle in. Having bought in the UK previously it was so refreshing to deal with someone who operates with no agenda, no nonsense - just really friendly and professional.
