Nathan's proficiency in the market, knowledge of the area and professionalism helped me find a Home
Nathan Pearman with his professionalism and knowledge of the area in Jacobs Well helped me decide what I was looking for and needed for my future lifestyle. He explained that two homes and some additional houses would be open for inspection and I may be interested in viewing them. Arriving early to meet Nathan who was happy and excited to know I had taken the time to view the houses, he thought might be of interest to me. The first beautiful home I arrived at was the only house I viewed. His communication and listening skills were above average he had revealed the home/ house I yearned for and required. I purchased the house and will be arriving there shortly. Hopefully, my review may help you distinguish what agent you should have trust, belief and confidence in. Had no hesitations to have Belize Property to sell my dream home.
The housing market has been rather unstable but I was fortunate to place my trust in Belize Property with Trish and Nathan to sell my house. They know the market and being a local for many years bought the right people to view my house. In such short amount of time my house is now sold and I am packing so the new owners can move in and enjoy my home as I did for many years. Some home owners wait months to sell their house but with the right rear estate agents such as Belize Property my house sold in a matter of weeks. I cannot thank Belize Property Team especially Trish and Nathan enough for their hard work and dedication as my real estate agents and working for me to sell my home.

Meeting Trish and Nathan Pearman of Belize, Real Estate was like a breath of fresh air! !!
Firstly my beautiful experience was driving into Jacobs Well through the sugar cane fields. (I felt I needed to move there) Meeting Trish & Nathan Pearman helped me confirm my thoughts. They're happy-natured friendly professional services, proficient, and mastery of the town, shops and explaining the lifestyle of the residents in the town. Totally convinced me, that my new home would be in Jacobs Well. They both explained about a couple of beautiful houses I might like to view because we discussed my interests in what I'm looking for. They invited me to an open inspection day. Asked me “Would I like to attend both open houses? Yes, I replied. I arrived early at Heron place immediately catching up with Nathan whom opened the door to the home with the lifestyle I needed to view. Both their listening skills were above average and I never needed to repeat myself or remind them of what my expectations in the home I wanted would be. When purchasing this home Trish explained everything that would be necessary for me to require this house. I am delighted and excited it is above all my expectations that Trish and Nathans's expertise in Real Estate professionalism has helped me settle comfortably and hope you too will use their services in finding your home as well. Extremely helpful and cooperative
Working with Trish, I could immediately sense that she is very knowledgeable with her market knowledge about selling properties and she conducts herself in an extremely professional manner. When she presented me with different buyer contracts for our house she would take the time to explain the benefits and differences between each offer .This was a much more helpful experience than someone who would simply send the different contract offers through and say "here are your offers" which I have experienced previously with other agents. On top of this she had also fairly negotiated with the buyers to make sure we could sell our house for a price that is fair and we would be satisfied with Additionally, if there were any problems that I had with the buyer, she would go above and beyond to help to solve the issue making sure both sides were satisfied. If I were to have another house to sell again, I would not hesitate to have Trish help me again. I would highly recommend Trish to anyone who is needing any help or advice on selling properties.
