Brad, and his staff at Harcourts Berwick, always kept in touch to let me know how the campaign was going and what the potential buyers feedback was on the property. This was important, as I was concerned about the property being on the market too long and 'going stale'. After a number of weeks Brad suggested we place furniture in the empty property "so potential buyers could see how to use the space". Brad was able to organise this at a very low cost, and the property sold a short time later for more than what some other local agents had quoted it was worth. We were happy with the result and will use Harcourts Berwick again.
