I have to say I have never had the experience I had with Katrina. Not only is she professional, she actually cares about the vendor and goes over and above in every way she can. Katrina managed to assist me to get my property ready for sale with her amazing repertoire of contacts that range from builders to handy men and cleaners. Even the people she recommends are fantastic and go over and above to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the job. There are no rip off's here, just a genuine person who wants the best outcome. If I had another property to sell I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else. I engaged Katrina on our first meeting and it was go, go from that point. She sold my house within 4 days of having it listed even my lawyer was gobsmacked. She got me more than I was expecting and took all the stress on her own shoulders. I have never had such a seamless transaction. She makes it a point to understand your needs, your time frame and your expectations without judgement. Katrina is one of the most caring individuals I have ever met and I would have no hesitation is saying "she is the best of the best" if you engage her, from the first meeting you will understand what I mean. I found Katrina excellent, she was proficient from the beginning and had a portfolio set up very quickly. Despite the house being on the market over the Christmas holiday period, the house was sold in a very short time which displayed her knowledge and efficiency as a real estate agent. Nothing was too much trouble for Katrina even offering to bring in the rubbish bins and organising a gardener at short notice.
