At all of our appointments we were made to feel comfortable knowing we were in good hands. Katrina was always available to assist with our enquiries. Katrina's efficiency throughout the entire process made it a nice easy & smooth process right up until the final minutes of sale/handover. We have sold a house with Katrina's help. We were on a short deadline due to having a baby very soon. She worked very hard doing open on both Sat and Sun and negotiating until she got us the desired price. House was sold in 1 weekend. Her commission is very reasonable comparing to some other agents in the area, she's easy to talk to and reliable. Highly recommended!

We appointed Katrina Bartlett of Harcourt Berwick to sell our Berwick property as she impressed us with her honesty, integrity, local knowledge, excellent experience as a Real Estate agent plus Katrina displayed great listen skills which to us was a key element. Katrina gave us a sales plan based on our discussions with her about our house and she was realistic on price and how to go about the sale. Katrina introduced her team which was vital to us at a visit to our house and impressed us with her ability to negotiate. The sale contract was completed and signed within 8 days and our target price achieved. We would recommend Katrina to anyone who intends to sell their property.

Katrina was impressive right from the onset-she was honest in the feedback that she provided and she made suggestions regarding the presentation of our home which we took on board. We had already had our home on the market for 3 months with another agency which resulted in little interest however within one weekend, Katrina delivered us two offers. Katrina managed to get more people through an open house on one day than the previous agency managed in three months. I would highly recommend Katrina and Harcourts to anyone seeking an agent.
