Hi, We got acquaintance with Tee on one of our calls while we were inspecting a property at Berwick. It was a casual call on seeing one of the advertisements at Berwick en route to our home. We touched base with her and she gave all the details about the property. Eventually we told her about our preference about the property we're after, especially in Kambrya or other school zone at Berwick. By remembering all this, she contacted us this January giving details about one of the off-market property. We gave a visit to the property and my wife, my son and I all liked the property very much. In addition, it is right in the Kambrya school zone.
