Selling our property was virtually an instant decision due to medical problems which left us practically no time to shop around,l rang around talking to various real estate agents until a neighbour recommended Shane who had been instrumental in a sale of her property,so l dropped into Harcourts and met Shane personally and knew instantly he was the person l was was going to go through,lovely fellow,no suit and tie and sales blarney just a straight talker,liked a joke and chat in general but most of all he did what he said he’d do and that was to sell our property,for the price l wanted all within days,a true professional who kept us updated at least once a day,definitely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to go back if l was house hunting or selling,can’t express my appreciation for a unstressful experience of selling our property.
