When we inspected the property Martin told us that he didn't really like the property when he first walked it. Then while we were negotiating, he was very seemed unwilling to convey our thoughts to the owners. When we purchased the property, we went to the office to collect the keys and the girl behind the counter gave us the keys. She asked that we take a photo of ourselves in front of the sold sign at the house and send it to them - I don't know who they thought was going to take the photo? When we got the packet with the keys, there were not instructions on how to use the alarm system. I never intended on writing an average review, but 4 months later, I am still getting emails asking for a review!

Purchasing a property can be stressful and in this case our solicitor was not helpful and eventually severely overcharged us. I actually think that she may have been impaired and would not be surprised if she was deregistered by now. We only realised this after the property settled and it was all over. Beryl recently experienced a bout of poor health which necessated the urgent sale of her house at 14 Village Ave Bongaree. This urgent sale was to ensure that Beryl secured a room at the Bribie Cove High Care Facility.
