Bribie Island has a number of well-priced properties for sale and so it was important to test the market for a realistic price. Whilst this took longer than we would have wished, Martin did all that he could and kept us well-informed as to the interest level and options that were available to us in term of price. After a couple of false starts, with some minor issues which we were powerless to prevent, he eventually found a buyer at an acceptable price and the sale went through smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone buying or selling in this area.
