This agent stays at seller side. If you are a buyer, be aware!!!. The house I bought from this agent had 2 holes on wall due to someone changed the heater controller and didn't fill holes. I asked this agent to fix. This agent said this was a used house. I had to ask the agent's house had similar holes from being used in order to get fixed. This agent also introduced me a good solicitor but actually not. I also asked this agent to take off the sign in front of my house. This agent ignored.
