Selling with Harcourts

I would like to thank both Jeremy Maher and Kostya Logvinov so much for their efforts and the fantastic result in auctioning my house on Saturday last. It was very impressive to see them both in action on the very hot auction day, along with the other staff present on the day. Obviously a lot of planning involved and the whole event seemed to go very smoothly, from my point of view. Loved the van with the cold water. Great work by Harcourt's advertising too that so many groups looked through my property and that there were 10 registered bidders on the day! Anyway, great professional work by Harcourts Gungahlin all the way through. I am so glad I went with my instincts when deciding on an Agent and that Kostya was so clear about the advantages of an auction over private treaty. Won't hesitate to recommend your Agency to anyone I know who is preparing to sell a property. I really do appreciate all your work on my behalf.
