Welcome to 2026 post Labor budget, where they have done the deed and cooled the market , as I've decided to sell my property I fortunately ended up choosing Town residential and have been dealing with Kostya, as the market is really slow, however Kostya still managed to get a reasonable offer from only 2 open homes ! even though their was hardly any people coming through! He has also managed to get an early settlement! Very professional agent he is easy to deal with and has really good advice.
