I worked with Selena to sell my unit in Burnie, Tasmania. After initially talking to her about the possibly, she gave me good advice to wait for a more convenient time in the market. After waiting for a more appropriate time, Selena was very good at getting everything ready for sale and keeping informed of progress. Once on the market, I got weekly update of activity and status. She also talked about things we could do to help attract interest and keep informed about activity in the Burnie market in general. The process was easy for me as the vendor but I never felt out of the loop and Selena was always available to discuss options or offers. When offers came in, she spoke honestly and openly about the offer and what might or might not happen in the market to help make a decision. She was never pushy or angling for any response from me - she made sure i had the right information and context to make an informed decision. She was great throughout the whole process.
