We found Chris Hill's efforts in selling the house to be honest with the valuation, achieving more than we expected, and more than other agents suggested starting price. The sale has been seamless for us, with Chris doing all the organizing of building inspections etc. Its now just waiting for settlement to occur which is also going to take less time than first thought. All in all, we can highly recommend Harcourts Busselton, and in particular Chris Hills, to look after all your Real Estate needs

Recently sold 2 properties in the South West of WA using Craig and his team - from my initial phone call inquiring on what I needed/wanted/expected on his office obtaining my listing to the actual property settlement of the properties - they kept me informed all the way along. Would definately use again

We felt totally comfortable and supported in dealing with Chris. Common background from Manjimup was a positive link at the start. We found Chris to be personable, reliable and consistent in how he addressed and finally helped us achieve a very good outcome in the slightly pressured and busy circumstances that applied. His knowledge of the RE market, straight shooting/honesty; enthusiasm for the job and people, and local contacts through friends and associates in the Busselton area, sense of humour all made for a positive experience and successful outcome for us. The backup of Harcourts office and its staff was excellent in our experience.

David and his team member Michelle did a fantastic job from the first time we met them. They handled everything extremely well. Normally I don’t review anyone but they are both worth a good mention in a job well done.
