Chris did not try to sell us what we didn't want or could not afford. He showed us round the area and gave us ideas of better places to live rather than less pleasant ones. He then found place in right price bracket almost exactly where we said we wanted to be. he was helpful all along the way and guided to recognised tradesmen with good reputations.

We were looking at a home with Craig he stated another home has just come onto the market that day in the area where we were interested. He made a phone call and within an hour we bought that house. We found Craig to be meticulous he explained in detail the purchasing procedure everything we needed to know.

Chris was always in contact keeping us up to date with any news, would recommend him to friends. If we are ever in the market again would definitely be in contact again.

I cannot rate Craig highly enough as he was outstanding in customer service, negotiation, market knowledge and went the extra mile always. A generous welcome gift, property management and negotiation price were highly appreciated! Thanks Craig, I will be recommending your services to anyone else I know in the property market.

We purchased a block of land being sold by Harcourts and they were very informative on the details, and helpful with our offers and negotiation with the seller. We would use them again.

Always been helpful but some terminology used was different for me as a woman buyer than I have had him use in the past which may need refining. Otherwise, good friend, capable negotiator and knows his stuff.

Chris Hills showed integrity, and honesty when dealing with a naïve 20 year old buying his first house. He answered every question in detail and didn't assume that John knew better or should know better. He took time to walk John every step of the way. On top of this Chis has a sense of humour and the trip to buying the house was relaxed. Would highly recommend him for other first home buyers.

Craig made the purchase of our new home effortless and communicated often so we had very few queries. The settlement gift of SW chocolates and wine was also very thoughtful and continued the great service on. I would definately recommend Craig Edwards as a very professional and understanding Agent with time for his customers.

Craig is a very professional, knowledgeable and energetic agent - an agent I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. In a very challenging market Craig was able to sell our home within a few days of listing and at a price well beyond our expectations. We are very happy clients.
