I was dreading finding a new place to rent, i know it was not going to be easy with the current situation and how chaotic and stressful it was going to be. However, Alana made things clear, easy to understand and seamless, also her rapport (keeping in contact with your potential tenant) and assurance was consistently present through the whole journey, at no given point did i feel pressure of being locked into paying a deposit over the phone (most real estates currently have this practice... Its awkward feeling to say the least), instead once i was successful with my application until then she clearly explained what are the next steps, the professionalism and effective communication was just there, it was just a breeze to what normally would be a very stressful process to do for any tenant, also the real estate's online digital forms were very easy to understand and use, I was surprised how quickly i got all the paperwork done! It was just so easy! Hence, therefore, my experience has been very positive from the get start and hence why i am giving this 5 star review to the Agent and real estate.
