Thr only member of harcourts that I have delt with was Jane Jeffries. For someone who hasn't rented a property in 32 years information and communication was essential for me to move forward. Jane not only educated me in the common day processes but continued to make sure I was aware and understood where in the process I currently was. No question to hard or to stupid and all done in a timely fashion when time was and is so critical. I am so appreciative of Jane's efforts and will not hesitate to recommend both Jane and harcourts to anyone requiring any part of a realestate service. Once again Thanks Jane
