Jacqui has been a delight to deal with. We have only communicated a few times via email and phone. I found Jacqui to be very proactive in assisting us to get our application through. Then once we were approved for our new rental Jacqui continued to provide an excellent service. Responding to emails in a timely manner and providing us with all information we needed to move forward.
