I have been dealing with Harcourts Carrum Downs property management team for over fifteen years. During this time my property management agent has kept me up to date through regular communication regarding the condition of my property. She has alerted me to any requests from my tenant regarding repair or maintenance issues in a very timely manner and have organized for the work to be done which has retained the look and value of my property. She keeps me informed on changes or additions to landlord/tenant laws as well as health and safety regulations. I get a detailed easily read statement from Harcourts Carrum Downs each month, showing rent in and out-going costs incurred on my property. I am able to pay invoices through Harcourts which makes for an easy tax return. My agent keeps me informed of the rental market in my area. Whenever rental increases occur she contacts me and when tenants change we discuss what the going rent is on a property of my standard and adjust the monthly rent accordingly. As an absentee landlord who lives oversees it is very important to me that I have a professional relationship with my property agent. At Harcourts Carrum Downs I have been able to do this. I work mainly with one agent, Paula Lesjak, whose knowledge of the rental market is up to date and broad. I meet with Paula to check in when visiting my family, speak to her via cell phone and exchange regular emails. Paula is always available during office hours to discuss any issues that arise and answers any concerns I have very promptly. I feel confident in the advice she gives and trust her judgement regarding the competent management of my property. I highly recommend Harcourts Carrum Downs property management team and look forward to having them continue to manage my property for me.

Shortlisted Harcourts' to be our leasing agent upon researching via rate my agent's website. Big thank you to Serena & her team for being very engaging and proactive in the overall process. Both ladies even inspected our place in advance while suggested some improvement to be done to the property and also explained to me the current minimum standard for renting. Subsequently, the listing was handled by Valene which she has been very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I was kept updated with throughout the process from the initial listing up to inspection progress report then most importantly securing a suitable tenant within 6 days after settlement! Overall, the most easy and seamless landlord experience EVER.
