Our family is our priority, and it takes a lot of planning and effort to juggle work commitments. The agent who was at the house when we viewed the house couldn’t answer many of our questions, but he was friendly and tried to help as well as he could. He was a stand in agent so the agent who represent this property wasn’t present. Other than that the admin office was great when we got the house and the communication was good.

We first were engaged with harcourts carrum downs when we were purchasing properties in the past, I was very pleased with the extra efforts they put in to make the whole situation easier for us. We have now had one of our investment properties leased through them. Firstly we began with a few risky possible tenants and were advised by the team not to jump the gun and get out selves in a possible situation which could cause us more pain in the future. The structures they have in place has put my mind to ease, as having-investments is always a stressful process and we had already been through the ringer with our construction process.
