Very prompt with inspections, and she gave me excellent details with regards to the applicants. Very good professionalism and good range of knowledge in the area and market. Quick summaries of all potential applications sent through within 1-2 days. Only area for improvement is the contact hours which can be hard when you work during the day because the times you are free the office is closed. There is also no direct way to reach your agent, needing to ring and follow the prompts just to speak with your own personal agent
