Jane Jefferys broke a record for the fastest leasing I have ever experienced. Jane let my property with in the week to a great tenant. The ad was posted Friday and by Wednesday morning she came to me with 3 good applications. By Thursday she had done the checks and we agreed on the selection. The last tenant stayed 4 years and left the house in excellent condition. Harcourts employ brilliant Property Managers who find great tenants. Thank you Jane and your team.
