Kaitlyn and co have been really easy to work with and always pleasant. They managed to lease my property after 2 OFI. Also they are not afraid to have those difficult discussions such as fencing issues with neighbours where other agencies who charge higher rates will deem it outside their scope. I have been with them for a year and so far so good.
