Rental Department
Harcourts, Carrum Down has managed our rental property for over 8 years. Kaitlyn Schepisi has always gone above and beyond in the management of our property. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a new property manager.

Excellent Agent
Having only rented for the passed 3 months, I have found Harcourts Carrum Downs to be excellent in their communication mostly via email which is great for me as I can’t get to the phone a lot of the time, I take pride in the way I presented the property today at my 3 inspection.. and I hope that reflexs back to the Agents and Owners. Kind Regards Geoff Robertson

Very happy with the attention and competence of harcourt's Carum downs office.
Harcourt's have managed our rental properties for many years and assisted with sales aspects as well. Property management is clearly a strength with staff such as Kaitlyn Schepisi consistently showing great attention to detail, diligence, reliability and a most agreeable manner.

Nothing to worry about.
We purchased our property from Harcourts as an investment. It has been an absolute no stress experience. We haven’t had to worry about anything and have been informed and educated on being landlords.
