Bryce was excellent to deal with and believe me I’m one of those people that doesn’t really like realestate agents ( sales people) but this man has changed my mind. We set him a challenging sale and he went well beyond our expectations . We are very happy and would use him again with no hesitation. Cheers for your hard work Bryce.

We went through Bryce as first home buyers and found him to be extremely professional and respectful of what can be a stressful process. Bryce constantly kept us in the loop about the status of our offer, never put pressure on us and went above and beyond to assist us. We’ll definitely be engaging Bryce, Olivia & the Harcourts team in the future for our Real Estate needs!

Bryce waited patiently for 5 years until I was ready to sell always staying in touch and keeping me up to date on market changes. Once I was ready it was a very seamless process. He is knowledgable and respectful and supportive of my decisions and goals throughout the process. I highly recommend his services.

Bryce, is a very lovely person, this was my first time selling a house ,so I was very daunted by the experience. Bryce put me in contact with all the right people and made my experience a very smooth and enjoyable one to the point I couldn't believe that it was all done. I would not hesitate in recommending Bryce, he is very personable and became a trusted friend. I was kept up-to-date every step of the way and Bryce was always available no matter what time of day. He certainly went over and above his job with mowing lawns, clearing rubbish and generally doing what I would imagine other Estate Agents would tell you need doing. simply brillant. should be agent of the year .

Bryce made contact with us many years ago in regards to selling our property if we should ever be interested. Circumstance found us many years later needing to sell up in Victoria as we had moved interstate. Having contact on a regular basis, we decided listing our property for sale with Bryce was a no brainer.

Bryce is a trustworthy realtor who made it easy to buy my first home, and also sell it years later. He knows the market well and is genuine in his approach. I highly recommend Bryce as a realtor.

Bryce was amazing to deal with. Very helpful and not at all pushy. His service was so good that instead of purchasing one unit we ended up purchasing two. We would highly recommend Bryce for any further real estate opportunities.
