the house that our mum lived in was sold to her through Lorraine. Had a good deal then. but, unfortnately we didn't get the original asking price. but thats the way the finances go these days. The company did a good job and the lady that took over while jayne was on leave also did a very good job, keeping in contact with us all the time

When we listed our Reynella unit to sell with Jayne Baily it became the 6th unit for sale in the one unit group. So, we were very concerned that it wouldn't sell and end up sitting like the rest of the units on the market in the unit group. Jayne gave us some good advice which we followed and to our huge delight our unit was under contract within 3 weeks! Our unit was the 1st to sell in that unit group and we were very happy with the sale price. The other agents must be quite embarrassed!! Working in the real estate industry for the past 35 years as a property manager, you get to know the "good agents" and I can honestly say we picked the best agent to sell our property.
