The agent was focused on what the vendor wanted rather than representing both parties equally. Old school sales tactics. Property was also unkept with overgrown trees and shrubs, and rubbish around the property. As an ex-rental through the same agent we were perplexed how the property was left in such a state, especially before going to market. If we had the opportunity to go with another agent with a similar property we would have walked away without question.
