Selling a Property with Jason Dowler of Harcourts Hasting
Jason Dowler was recommended to me by my daughter who sold her property through Harcourts. She had been using another agent and found that she was not getting the results through them that she required. After engaging Jason Dowler she sold her property within 3 days. Jason is very knowledgeable about the property market and at all times was available for consultation when I needed to speak to him. He kept me informed at all times about how the open for inspections had gone and although the property originally had been intended for auction Jason managed to sell before auction and achieved a higher price than we originally thought we would be able to reach. I would recommend Jason Dowler to anyone wanting to sell their property as a very thorough and responsible real estate agent who really does know the market.

The last honest estate agent
We have had plenty of experience with estate agents of late. From the sale of my family Home when my dad passed, to rental properties, and now looking for a new home in Perth. We have not come across another agent like Jason, Steph and the crew at Harcourts Hastings. Kept us updated, was realistic with price but didn’t undersell, totally honest and followed through on everything. Great job done by everyone. Thanks guys

Harcourts - Jason Dowler
We chose Jason to sell our house because he had a good understanding of what our house was about. Our house was a little different. It was on a unit sized block, but had a 3 Bedroom house on it complete with a garage converted to living space. Jason was positive about the house and the challenge it represented. Don't get me wrong. Our house was beautiful and packed full of features. Just that it was unique in the area. Jason and his team communicated with us at every step, whether it was an open house or how the prospective purchasers had perceived the house. It took a couple of weeks longer than we had hoped, but Jason negotiated a good price for the property. We had looked at using one of the set fee agents but decided that we wanted someone who was willing to go the extra distance. The set fee agents say they treat all sales equally, no matter the asking price, but that is also their weakness.. Their incentive is to get the listing, after that, what is their incentive. Also, if the house does not sell for some reason, you are still up for the set fee. Jason and his team were great. Contactable at any time and always looking at strategies to maximize the sale potential. I would recommend him to anyone.
