Apparently Jason hadn't been asked to sell a caravan park before but it didn't show in his approach. His enthusiasm, advice and guidance was excellent from the start. His team kept me informed at every step and their support left me in no doubt that he was the right person for the job. We couldn't have asked for a better.

We were not sure about how to get started with the selling process of a house. When we met Jason, he was very calming and clearly knew his industry. We took his advice, and the house sold in under 2 weeks. He kept us inform throughout the process. Would recommend Jason and his team. Thank you Jason

We purchased our Beach house in Capel Sound with Jason of Harcourts. He was always willing to help and answer any questions promptly, down to earth and genuine. Always returned calls in a timely manner even though most of my calls were after hours. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I would highly recommend him for selling or buying property. Keep up the great work mate, much appreciated!

Jason and team where and are hard working, open and collegial in their approach. They were in constant contact through the campaign to ensure we knew exactly what was happening in the marketplace. They fought hard for the listing and continued through the sale. We are selling our next property through them as we speak!

Jason was friendly and professional from the moment I was introduced to him. Also his team and any staff members I spoke to were only to willing to assist me with any questions I had through the process of the promoting and sale. Everything was done smoothly and quickly and I received more than my expected sale price. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone that might ask me. Everyone there was a pleasure to deal with.

I sold my property in Balnarring and was on the lookout to relocate to either Bittern or Crib Point. I contacted Jason re a property in Crib Point which was already under contract. I explained to Jason my requirements and within a day he came up with a property that he thought might suit my needs. On inspection it was exactly what I was after. Jason showed knowledge of what I wanted, the whole exercise was handled very professionally and I was totally happy with sale
