Terrible communication
Disappointed in the agency again. Have had several property managers and have to constantly chase up as communication is terrible.

Fantastic Agency
Ray White has been managing my property for a number of years now. They take care of everything. If anything goes wrong they advise me immediately and follow through with repairs in a timely manner. I have never had an issue with tenants as they are well screened. I have found them to be very knowledgeable on all aspects of Leasing and can answer my questions immediately. They have made leasing my property very easy.
